Originally he wasn’t listed because he hadn’t been properly introduced yet. I was going to go back and add him to all the previous pages, but if I can get people to theory craft just by leaving him out… I fully support the Johnny isn’t real theory. Anything to make the readers more paranoid!

What, Johnny is real? When he wasn’t listed in the “Characters:” I assumed he was a figment of Grey’s imagination.
